Refunds and Exchanges
Return for a refund - We allow a review period of 30 business days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be post marked within 30 business days of date of delivery.
Christmas/Holiday season returns are extended - Nov. 1st to Dec. 31st sales to Jan. 31st of next year.
Exchanges - We will accept merchandise for exchange or credit within 30 business days of delivery.
For both returns and exchanges the merchandise must be in original condition.
Contact us at info@sheilamarieopals.com and we will provide you with a return label. A refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the jewelry in its original condition within the 30 days for returns or exchanges.
Warranty
All my jewelry has a Lifetime Warrant, if your opal jewelry fails or breaks due to craftsmanship we will repair the opal jewelry if the same materials are available or provide a credit for the original price of the item.
