Refunds and Exchanges

Return for a refund - We allow a review period of 30 business days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be post marked within 30 business days of date of delivery.

Exchanges - We will accept merchandise for exchange or credit within 30 business days of delivery.

For both returns and exchanges the merchandise must be in original condition.

Contact us at info@sheilamarieopals.com and we will provide you with a return label. A refund will be issued within three business days of receiving the jewelry in its original condition within the 30 days for returns or exchanges.

Warranty

Within five years of purchase, if your opal jewelry fails or breaks due to craftsmanship we will repair the opal jewelry or provide a credit for the original price of the item.
