Changed your mind? Happens. Didn’t feel the spark? We get it.

Returns for a refund
You have 30 business days from delivery to decide if your jewelry is the one. Just make sure it’s postmarked within those 30 days and returned in its original condition.

Exchanges & store credit
Want to swap it for something else shiny? You can exchange or receive store credit within 30 business days of delivery— again, as long as it’s in original condition.

The easy part (yes, really):
Email me at info@sheilamarieopals.com and I’ll send you a return label. Returns are free and easy, because jewelry shopping should not be stressful.

Once your piece arrives back safely, your refund or credit will be processed within 5–10 business days.


Lifetime Warranty (Yep, Lifetime)

As long as you own your jewelry, I’ve got your back.
If your opal jewelry ever fails or breaks due to craftsmanship or material issues, I’ll repair it, replace it, or issue store credit for the original purchase price. No hoops. No nonsense.


Holiday Returns (Because Gifting Is Tricky)

Buying during the holidays? Extra breathing room included 🎄

Orders placed between November 1 and December 31 can be returned or exchanged through January 31 of the following year.
